Winter Lessons offer a fantastic opportunity to make overall improvements in your golf game.  You can practice without the pressure of having to put up a score.  And since Repetition is the Mother of Learning, the winter time offers a chance to an unbelievable number of repetitions

“On Your Mark”  is a winter training program designed to give the golfer an opportunity to get the golf swing and short game in order   Frustration is often associated with the learning process, particularly when skill instruction requires simultaneous performance of the new skill.  Without immediate feedback and correction, learners can become frustrated and revert back to “what is comfortable,” rather than “what is right”.

“On Your Mark” will concentrate on building the skills, which are so difficult to perfect while competing.  “On Your Mark” will build a golf swing during the winter that can be used in the summer.

Yes, I use video. You’ll see dozens of images of your golf swing throughout the course of the winter.

Yes, I have a launch monitor. It will be used for club fitting and my golf simulator.

Yes, we will work on your putting stroke. The office building has a great putting surface.

No. I won’t run out of golf balls

The On Your Mark Winter Golf Program at the Christensen Golf Academy

Class sizes are limited to 3 students You can have a permanent time in a class or you can come when your schedule allows.  It is designed to be ultimately flexible.  Come as often as you want.  You will essentially create a group golf lesson account.  Pricing is as follows:

Drop in for a Visit: $70   You pay as you go

Stay in the Groove:  $360  6 sessions

This is Really Fun:  $520 10 sessions

In Pro I Trust:    $890      20 sessions

You can have a permanent time slot or you can float from class to class. Instruction will be individualized.  If you have a permanent slot and are unable to attend you are required to notify me by 8:00 am on the day of your lesson.  I can’t tell you how important it is that you cancel from a class in a timely fashion.

If you have a group of people who want to have a class at a different time just ask. Times listed are based on the historical availability of students.  I’m open to any and all suggestions.
